Mr. Sunil Gopal Shrestha brings a distinguished background in industry leadership, corporate governance, trade representation, banking, investment, and institutional development. With extensive experience across Nepal's business, stationery, educational materials, trading, and financial sectors, he provides strategic guidance to the Board and contributes to the company's long-term vision as one of Nepal's leading paper manufacturing enterprises.

Mr. Shrestha has served as an Executive Committee Member of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI), where he was also Co-chair of the Tax and Revenue Committee. He has also served as President of the Nepal Stationery & Educational Material Industries Association (NSEMIA), Founder and Advisor of FNPA, and Board Director of Everest Bank Ltd. In addition, he serves as Managing Director of Saugal Trading Co. Pvt. Ltd. and Board Director of Saugal Investment Pvt. Ltd., reflecting his strong engagement in Nepal's private sector and investment landscape.

As Vice Chairman, Mr. Shrestha plays an important role in strengthening the company's governance, institutional credibility, market relationships, and national industrial vision. His leadership supports the company's mission to promote quality domestic paper manufacturing, reduce dependence on imported paper, create local value, and contribute to Nepal's industrial self-reliance.

Mr. Nirmal Adhikari is a Chartered Accountant (CA) with over 15 years of experience across banking, finance, and the automotive sector, with strong expertise in corporate finance, credit risk, and financial management.

He has worked as an Internal Auditor and in Corporate Credit at Global IME Bank Limited, and later as a Business Development Manager at MAW Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., leading strategic initiatives and business expansion projects. He also served as Chief Finance Officer (CFO) in the IME Automotive Division and currently works in Corporate Finance at IME Group, contributing to financial strategy, planning, and key decision-making.

Known for his analytical strength and strategic approach, he plays a vital role in driving sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

Mr. Sworup Dhungana brings strong expertise in investment, finance, private equity, financial modeling, deal execution, due diligence, compliance, and portfolio management. A Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), he has built a strong professional foundation in investment analysis, financial advisory, and strategic portfolio oversight.

He currently serves as Investment Manager at NDP and has previously led the investment team at Aadhyanta Fund Management Limited, overseeing investments of around NPR 3 billion across diverse sectors including manufacturing, tourism, information technology, agriculture, and renewable energy. He has also worked as a financial consultant at Invest and Infra Private Limited, advising on fund establishment, feasibility studies, and investment evaluation for major infrastructure projects. His earlier experience in statutory and tax audits further strengthens his understanding of compliance, governance, and regulatory practices.

As Director, Mr. Dhungana brings valuable financial insight, investment discipline, and strategic guidance to the Board. His expertise supports Nepal Pulp and Paper Industries' long-term growth, governance standards, capital planning, and vision of building a strong, sustainable, and competitive domestic manufacturing enterprise.
